The TESY GCV 803824C B14 TSR is a vertical 80 L electric storage water heater from the Anticalc Ceramic Slim range, with a glass-ceramic lined tank. Its ceramic heating element is designed for areas with hard, highly mineralised water, and control is mechanical via an adjustable thermostat.
Ceramic element built for hard water
The element is dry: it never touches the water, so limescale does not build up on its surface. Servicing or replacement is done without draining the tank.
Slim 386 mm diameter body
At 1.220 m high and 0.412 m deep, the heater takes up only a narrow strip of wall. Vertical mounting suits small bathrooms, niches above a washing machine and narrow hallways.
80 litres of hot water for the family bathroom
The declared load profile is M, with 123 L of mixed water at 40 °C available. A full heat-up from 15 to 60 °C takes 1 h 44 min at 2400 W.
Glass-ceramic tank with anode protection
The tank is lined with glass ceramic, while the magnesium anode takes on the corrosion load instead of the steel. The hot-water outlet pipe is stainless steel.
