All goods ordered from the online store are delivered by courier. Deliveries are made only to the geographical territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding deliveries in Bulgarian foreign diplomatic missions, embassies, ships and planes under the Bulgarian flag, etc., which are considered part of the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, according to the provisions of international law. The receiver signs a Record of Handover upon delivery, thus certifying proper execution of the order. These are the delivery periods for goods ordered from the online store:
1. For goods ordered until 02:00 PM, Bulgarian time, the period is 24 hours, as from the day following the order's confirmation date.
2. For goods ordered after 02:00 PM, Bulgarian time, the period is 48 hours, as from the day following the order's confirmation date.
3. For home appliances, the period is 72 hours as from the day following the order's confirmation date.
In all cases, Technopolis reserves the right, unilaterally, without informing the consumer, to extend those periods with up to seven days. Recipients get their goods by standard delivery – personally, upon signed acknowledgement and larger shipments (at the delivery person's own discretion) shall be delivered to the building entrance. In case it is impossible or difficult to personally deliver the goods to the addressee, the shipments are delivered as follows: 1. for the business address of the person working at the address, indicating the name and position/department of the person receiving the shipment. 2. for the home address of a member of the household, indicating the name of the person receiving the shipment and his/her relation to the recipient. If it is impossible to hand the shipment during the first visit, through no fault of Technopolis and/or the courier (in case there is no one at the address, etc.), the person who makes the delivery leaves a notice, indicating a telephone number to which the recipient can call back within three working days, in order to fix a new delivery date. If it is impossible to hand over the shipment during the second visit, through no fault of Technopolis and/or the courier, the distance contract shall be immediately withdrawn, and in this case, Technopolis shall retain any amounts paid by the Buyer, as a sanction for its neglect. The foregoing shall also apply for cases where the recipient unreasonably refuses to accept a shipment.
When using the "pick from store" option for goods ordered online, these goods shall be received only from the chosen store, personally by the person indicated as recipient in the order, upon providing ID document and signing a Handover Record.
