The Rohnson R-5119 food chopper minces, grinds and blends in a 1 L bowl sized for everyday family cooking. It handles onion, tomatoes, herbs, meat, nuts, hard cheese and biscuits, and the bowl, lid and blade clean up quickly. A measuring cup is included.
650 W motor spinning at 26,500 rpm
The blade turns at 3,000 rpm on low and 4,200 rpm on high, while the Turbo button delivers short bursts at full force. Pulsing is what you want for coarsely chopped onion instead of a puree.
Triple blade with 6 titanium-coated edges
The three blade tiers catch food across the full height of the bowl, so the result stays even without stirring mid-cycle. The blades are dishwasher safe.
Non-slip base and overheat protection
Rubber feet keep the body planted at high speed, including when tougher ingredients are in the bowl. Thermal protection cuts the motor if the load runs long.
Compact body with a 1.5 m cord
At 1.06 kg and 28 cm tall, the chopper stores in a cabinet and lifts out one-handed. The cord length lets you work on a counter away from the socket.
