Removable bowl for easy emptying and cleaning
The inner bowl lifts out of the housing, so the oil pours away directly and the interior is washed separately. The nickel-plated basket has a folding handle, which makes storing the fryer in a cupboard straightforward.
Temperature control from 70 °C to 190 °C
The thermostat spans the lower range for fish and vegetables and reaches the top end for crisp potatoes. Indicator lights show when the power is on and when the oil has reached the set temperature.
Overheat protection and anti-slip base
A thermal cut-out interrupts heating if the working temperature is exceeded. Anti-slip feet keep the unit steady on the worktop as the basket is lowered and lifted.
