GetsuFumaDen: Undying Moon from Konami is a roguelike hack-and-slash action game for Nintendo Switch, inspired by traditional Japanese art. As the leader of the Getsu clan, you descend deeper and deeper into Hell to destroy the source of the cataclysm.

Ukiyo-e inspired 2D visuals

Ukiyo-e is the classic Japanese woodblock print. The game world is painted in the same style and brought to life with fluid 2D animation, while the dark fantasy story draws on Japanese yokai folklore.

Katanas, combat umbrellas and spears

Every weapon type comes with its own special attacks. The pace and timing of combat are inspired by Japanese martial arts, so landing your strikes with the right rhythm really counts.

A new map on every run

Death isn't the end: level layouts and challenges change with every new attempt. Permanent upgrades and your customized weapons carry over from one descent to the next.

Weapon crafting and the Soul Devour system

Crafting lets you collect, strengthen and unlock skills for your main and secondary weapons. The souls you gather during a descent power you up on the spot, and you choose which upgrades to take.

Towering bosses and yokai

Along the way you'll face a resurrected demon lord, a giant centipede and a five-headed hydra. They are just some of the monsters you must defeat to keep descending.
