Sonic Superstars for Nintendo Switch is a 2D platformer from SEGA, developed by Sonic Team and Arzest, that brings back the spirit of the classic 1990s Sonic games. Rated PEGI 3 and suitable for all ages, it's perfect for solo play or for team-ups with friends on the same console.

4-Player Co-Op Campaign

Play the entire story with up to three friends on one console, a first for the Sonic series. Players can jump in and out at any time without interrupting progress.

Four Heroes, Four Playstyles

Sonic builds up speed with a dash after jumping, Tails flies, Knuckles glides through the air and climbs walls, and Amy swings her hammer and pulls off a double jump. Finish the campaign once to unlock a fifth hero, Trip, who has her own tougher storyline.

12 Zones and 26 Levels on North Star Islands

Take on Dr. Eggman and Fang the Hunter across jungles, futuristic cities and ten more zones packed with springs, loops and a boss battle at the end of each level. There's no lives system, so you'll never see a "Game Over" screen.

New Powers from the Chaos Emeralds

Each of the seven Chaos Emeralds you collect in the special stages grants a new ability, such as climbing waterfalls or creating clones of your hero. Gather all seven and transform into a super form with extra speed and invincibility.
