The VIVANCO HDMI 2X1 47157 is a manual HDMI switch that connects two digital AV sources to a single display — a TV, monitor or projector. It comes with a fixed 0.35 m lead ending in an HDMI A plug and offers two HDMI A input sockets.
Two sources, no cable swapping
The switch accepts signals from two devices at once, say a console and a media player, and feeds the selected one to your TV. You change source manually with the button on the housing, with no software and no external power supply.
Full HD 1080p at 60 Hz support
Supported formats span 480i, 480p, 720i and 720p up to 1080i and 1080p. The unit is HDCP compliant, so protected content from a Blu-ray player or set-top box plays through without issue.
Gold-plated contacts for a stable link
The plating keeps contact resistance low and guards against oxidation when connectors are plugged in often. The compact black housing and short lead tuck away behind the TV without straining the ports.
