The ROBOROCK QR 798 is a vacuum and mop robot with a multifunctional dock and PreciSense LiDAR navigation. Suction reaches 10000 Pa, while the two spinning mops lift automatically when a carpet is detected. The set includes the robot and the dock with dust bag plus clean and dirty water tanks.
Multifunctional dock with automatic dust emptying
The dust bag in the base takes over the robot's bin and, according to the manufacturer, needs changing only every 7 to 9 weeks. Pollen filtration is rated at 99.90% in SGS testing, and the detachable dock base makes rinsing simple.
Three-stage mop washing and air drying
The dock borrows a washing machine routine: a slow pre-wash, a medium rinse and high-speed spin-drying, with speed and water flow adjusted automatically. Drying uses room-temperature air and measures 45 dB in the manufacturer's semi-anechoic chamber test.
Dual spinning mops that lift over carpets
The mop pads spin at up to 200 rpm to work loose dried-on stains on hard floors. When a carpet is detected the module rises by 10 mm and keeps the pile dry. Water flow is adjustable across 30 levels to match the floor and the mess.
Rubber main brush and anti-tangle side brush
Spiral rubber blades push hair towards both ends of the roller for quick removal, while the floating suspension follows uneven floors. The arc-shaped asymmetric side brush uses centrifugal force and is SGS-certified for zero hair tangling.
PreciSense LiDAR navigation and obstacle avoidance
The laser scans your home and builds a detailed map, with quick mapping running 6x faster than the clean-and-map mode. Reactive Tech uses structured light to spot items scattered across the floor. The app supports a 3D map view and multi-level mapping.
Roborock app control and voice assistants
SmartPlan analyses the environment and picks the cleaning order and method after a single tap. Temp Cleaning handles unexpected spills, while Temp Skip leaves out an area for the current run. Third-party voice assistants are supported, along with launcher widgets and Apple Watch.
