The printer joins your home wireless network over the 802.11b/g/n standard and stays available to every device connected to it. Apple AirPrint and Wi-Fi Direct send documents straight to print with no driver installation needed, while a USB 2.0 port covers desktop connections too. A USB cable is included in the box.

150-sheet tray plus support for envelopes and labels

The main tray accepts paper sizes from 76 x 127 mm up to 216 x 356 mm, and a separate manual feed slot handles single sheets. Beyond standard paper, this printer also handles envelopes, labels, cardstock, and recycled paper. Double-sided printing is done manually by flipping the sheet.

006R04962 and 006R04964 toner cartridges

This printer runs on genuine Xerox toner cartridges, model 006R04962 or 006R04964 — covering both the standard and higher-yield options. A toner-saving mode helps cut consumption for internal documents and drafts.

Network security with WPA2 and IPsec

Wireless connections are secured with WPA2 Personal, while network traffic is protected through IPsec, IPv4/IPv6 and MAC address filtering, and SNMPv3. The USB port can also be disabled via software when needed.
