Degree-accurate hot water from 20 °C to 60 °C for bathroom and kitchen at the same time.
The CLAGE DEX Next instantaneous water heater heats water on demand and can serve several outlets: shower, bath, washbasin and kitchen sink. Maximum power is set during installation to 18, 21, 24 or 27 kW to match the building's electrical supply. Operation runs through an e-paper display with sensor keys behind a real glass cover.
Multiple Power System MPS: one unit, four power levels
The installer selects the setting according to the available fuse; nominal current (26–39 A) and required cable cross-section (4.0 or 6.0 mm²) follow from it. Mixed water output at a 28 K temperature rise ranges from 9.2 to 13.8 l/min.
TWIN TEMPERATURE Control TTC: stable temperature up to the power limit
Electronic control holds the set value even when inlet pressure or temperature changes. Between 35 °C and 43 °C the temperature is adjusted in 0.5-degree steps, which is handy for showering.
Switch-on from 1.5 l/min: works with water-saving taps
The innovative hydraulics deliver hot water even at low draw-off, while maximum flow is limited to 8.0 l/min for an optimal temperature rise. The heating system is practically air-insensitive thanks to the arrangement of the heating channels.
IES bare wire heating system: less limescale
The bare heating wire is in direct contact with the water, reducing scale build-up and extending service life while keeping maintenance simple. An electronic safety system monitors air bubbles, temperature and pressure.
Smartphone control and up to four user profiles
The unit logs electricity and hot water consumption and shows it as on-screen statistics. With the optional FXE 3 Bluetooth adapter, temperature can be set from the »Smart Control« app or the FX 3 remote control at up to 10 metres indoors.
Solar-compatible with flexible installation
The permissible inlet temperature is up to 70 °C, so the heater can reheat water from a solar system. Connections are G ½", and the accessible mounting area allows different cable entry positions; the RDX 3 frame covers replacements of older units with different connection layouts.
