Conditions for Standard assembly The offer is not valid for mobile and professional air-conditioners!
The “Standard assembly” service represents installation and putting in operation of the air-condition system in full, and includes the following activities:

1. Affixing of the indoor unit by wall plugs on a height up to 4 meters from ground, ready-built floor or surface.
2. Making one opening for pipes in а brick or concrete wall with width up to 30 cm.
3. Placing pipe system between the outdoor and the indoor unit with common length of the pipe system up to 3 lineal meters.
4. Placing power operating cables between the outdoor and the indoor unit with common length of the cables up to 4 lineal meters.
5. Power supply of the system through schuko type plug.
6. Affixing of set of outdoor unit standard assembly device through wall plugs onto а brick or concrete wall, on a height up to 4 meters from ground, ready-built floor or surface.
7. Affixing and levelling of the outdoor unit onto the assembly device on a height up to 4 meters from ground, ready-built floor or surface.
8. Placing the condensed water from the indoor unit out of the building through flexible draining pipe.
9. Vacuuming the system.
10. Implementing air tight tests and putting in operation of the air-condition system.
11. Test switching on the system and short presentation of its functions.
12. Filling in the warranty card.
13. Servicing the system within the warranty period.

• Upon purchase of air-conditioner from hypermarket Technopolis the assembly shall be booked on Information desk;
• Upon online purchase of air-conditioner the procedure below shall apply, whereas assembly shall be implemented 72 hours after acceptance of the order from Technopolis at earliest;

1. Placing an online order for suitable air-conditioner. Specifying of mobile phone number is mandatory;
2. After accepting your order an operator will contact you on your mobile phone number in order to agree with you all parameters of the assembly: address, date and hour for assembly, price, transport expenses (if any), etc.;

3. You will receive an e-mail with attached assembly order where all agreed parameters of the assembly are specified;

   
   
   Important!!!

   If we do not receive objection in the form of replay of the email within 24 hours after the e-mail has been sent to you, the assembly order shall be deemed confirmed by you.

4. In the event that the assembly shall not be implemented you have to inform us 24 hours before the booked hour at latest; otherwise, transport expenses shall be due in all cases;
5. You should provide that in the booked hour range the air-conditioner and the necessary conditions for its assembly are on hand at the assembly address.

For offers „Standard assembly included“ and „Standard assembly included free-of-charge“ price for assembly shall not be due upon observance of the Conditions for Standard assembly. Out of the parameters included in „Standard assembly included“ and „Standard assembly included free-of-charge“, as well as for air-conditioners, purchased out of theses offers, the price due for assembly shall be defined according to the tariff of the respective assembly group.

1. The purchaser shall not due transport expenses for an assembly within the boundaries of a town where hypermarket Technopolis is present;
2. For an assembly in towns/villages, where hypermarket Technopolis is not present, the purchaser shall due transport expenses (one direction) at the amount of BGN 1.50, VAT included for every km started, for the distance from the nearest hypermarket Technopolis to the address for assembly, calculated through used by Technopolis software. Transport expenses should be paid to the assembly group.
