The ELITE EFP-1256T infrared hot plate is a standalone single-zone cooker with a ceramic top and a stainless steel frame. It is operated by touch controls with a rotary knob and a 4-digit LED display, and the built-in timer can be set for up to 3 hours. At 2.330 kg shipping weight it is easy to store and carry between the kitchen, the office and the holiday home.
2200 W for fast, even heat-up
The heating element covers a 200 mm zone and spreads warmth evenly across the base of the pan. Power is adjusted smoothly with the rotary knob, from a gentle simmer to a fast boil in a large pot.
280 x 360 mm ceramic surface for any cookware
The matt ceramic glass is 3.5 mm thick and stands up to the high temperature of the infrared element. The flat top wipes clean with a damp cloth, while the stainless steel frame protects the edges during transport.
Touch controls with LED display and 3-hour timer
The four-digit display shows the selected level and the remaining time, with the panel set into the front of the glass. The timer switches the heat off at the set moment, handy when rice or soup is left to cook unattended.
Overheat protection and auto shut-off
The electronics monitor the plate temperature and cut the heat if it climbs too high. Automatic shut-off adds a second layer of safety in a kitchen where the appliance may be left running.
