The MUHLER KSC-2026R electronic kitchen scale weighs up to 5 kg in 1 g increments and shows the result on a 51 x 21 mm LCD display. Load-cell sensors do the measuring, with a choice of g, kg, lb and oz. One CR2032 lithium battery is supplied.
1 g increments for recipes that need precision
Load-cell sensors read out small amounts of spice, yeast or coffee as reliably as a full 5 kg batch of dough. The tare function zeroes the container weight, so you can add ingredients one after another in the same bowl.
Tempered glass platform, wiped clean in seconds
The smooth surface has no seams or edges where wet dough or flour can collect. At 1.7 cm tall and finished in yellow, the scale can stay out on the worktop without getting in the way.
Touch controls and automatic shut-off
Control is via a touch panel with no mechanical keys, and the scale switches itself off when idle to preserve battery life. A dedicated indicator warns you when the CR2032 cell is running low.
