The ROSBERG RP51987B food vacuum sealer draws the air out of the bag and heat-seals it, preserving colour, taste, aroma and nutritional value. It takes embossed bags up to 29.5 cm wide and handles dry foods. The ABS housing is slim enough to store in a drawer or keep on the worktop.
57 kPa vacuum for longer-lasting food
Air is pulled at 2.5 l/min before the seam is welded, and an airless pack stops oxidation and freezer burn. Portioned meat, fish and cheese come out of the freezer with their colour and aroma intact.
Two modes: full vacuum or seal only
Seal-only mode is for delicate items that must not be crushed: crisps, biscuits, coffee beans. The stop button ends the cycle the moment you decide enough air has been removed.
Bags up to 29.5 cm wide
A 1.5 mm heating wire lays an even seam across the full width of the bag. It works with embossed rolls and ready-made pouches, including the ROSBERG R51987 range, so you can cut each bag to the size of the portion.
