Double seal seam plus a dry/moist food setting for airtight storage and sous-vide prep.
The WMF LONO 0419070011 vacuum sealer welds bags up to 30 cm wide and draws air at 10–12 l/min. It works with 20 x 30 cm pre-cut bags, with roll film, and with compatible containers via the supplied hose. A film roll, five bags and the hose are included, so it is ready to use out of the box.
30 cm double weld seam
Two parallel weld lines keep the bag shut even with liquid marinades or long spells in the freezer. The width takes whole steaks, fish fillets or ready portions for sous-vide.
Five illuminated buttons with dry and moist food programs
The panel separates vacuuming from sealing, offers a fully automatic cycle and a manual stop the moment the air is out. The moist setting extends the weld time so the seam holds with meat or fish juices.
Built-in film box for up to 6 m of roll film and cutter
The roll stores in the removable box on the housing and the integrated cutter trims it to any length. You make a bag that matches the food instead of stocking several pre-cut sizes.
Removable vacuum chamber and drip tray for easy cleaning
Drawn-in liquids collect in the tray, which lifts out for rinsing without wetting the electronics. The housing is matt Cromargan stainless steel and wipes clean with a damp cloth.
