The Elica Ikona Light BL MAT/F/60 is a suspended island cooker hood designed by Fabrizio Crisà, finished in matte black and hung above the hob like a pendant lamp. It's a recirculating model: air is cleaned through filters and returned to the room, so it needs no duct or wall outlet.
Pendant-style suspended design
The pyramid-shaped body hangs from the ceiling and reads like a chandelier above the kitchen island. The matte black has a soft-touch finish. At 60 cm wide, it matches a standard four-zone hob.
Three speeds plus an intensive boost at 605 m³/h
A capacitive touch panel on the front runs three speeds plus an intensive setting. Top standard speed moves 475 m³/h, and the boost helps when you're frying or there's heavy steam. Noise ranges from 47 dB(A) on the lowest speed to 62 dB(A) on the highest.
7 W LED strip lights the worktop
The warm 3500 K light gives 365 lux on the cooking surface. Lighting efficiency is rated class A.
Filter maintenance indicator
It comes with an aluminium grease filter and a charcoal odour filter. A warning light tells you when the filters need washing, regenerating or replacing. Elica rates the odour filters for up to 3 years of use.
