The JBL Battery 600 with Charging Case is the official lithium-ion spare battery for the JBL PartyBox 520, sliding straight into the battery bay on the speaker's rear panel. The bundled case recharges the pack while it is not in use and doubles as a power bank with a USB-C output. JBL also lists it as a replacement battery for the Boombox 4.

Battery swap in seconds

The pack slides in and out of the rear battery bay by hand — no tools, no disassembly. The drained one goes back into the case to recharge while the party carries on.

Charging case doubles as a power bank

The USB-C port on the case delivers up to 45 W, so a phone, tablet or laptop can draw power straight from the spare pack. A charging cable is not supplied.

The lithium-ion cell runs at 21.6 V and 4584 mAh, and charges over USB-C at up to 20 V. A full cycle takes about four hours with the JBL 60 W power adaptor, sold separately.

Compatible only with JBL PartyBox 520 and Boombox 4

Other models in the JBL PartyBox and Portable ranges use batteries with different requirements and will not accept this pack. Technopolis lists the item as an accessory for the JBL PartyBox 520.
