Each user willing to purchase via the online store a commodity/goods on credit must submit its application to "TBI Credit" EAD for credit granting.

Terms for application:

• online purchases on credit shall be available for application by all major Bulgarian citizens or foreigners granted the right to permanent stay, having a Personal ID No. as natural persons;
• minimum credit value - 75 € / BGN 146,69;
• term of repayment – 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 24, 30, or 36 months;
• up to 15 months for mobile phones of up to 500 € / BGN 977,92, and up to 24 months for mobile phones of up to 500 € / BGN 977,92.

The application shall take place only online and only via the website: http://www.technopolis.bg by clicking on the button "Buy by installments", followed by the stipulated procedure.

The conditions to be met by the user in order for the same to be granted a credit shall be unilaterally determined by the financial institution in conformity with its credit policy. "Technopolis Bulgaria" EAD shall not take part in any way whatsoever in the crediting of the purchase, including in any of the relations connected with the credit granting, including, but without limitation to the determination of the conditions for application for credit, the approval or refusal for credit granting, the determination of the conditions and the term of the Credit Agreement, in case of failure in duty – in undertaking the statutory actions connected with the mandatory implementation, etc. "Technopolis Bulgaria" EAD is not a representative and does not carry out intermediation activity in favor of any commercial bank.

The customer must give his/her consent for the personal data processing. For this purpose the same must get acquainted with the document entitled "Consumer Credit Request-Declaration" and marking the filed «Consent», thus making an electronic statement that the same is aware of and agrees to the conditions.

I hereby declare that I apply for the granting of a consumer credit by "TBI Credit" EAD, and that I want to have a preliminary verification carried out of my solvency in view of the eventual conclusion of a Consumer Credit Agreement between us, as in connection with this I also hereby declare that:

1. "TBI Credit" EAD has provided me with the following:

    

   1. the data identifying the same as a personal data administrator, namely: "TBI Credit" EAD, head office and registered office address: 1421 Sofia, "Lozenets" District, 52-54 "Dimitar Hadzhikotsev" Str., fl. 6, registered under company case No. 17799/1997 according to the docket of the Sofia City Court, Unified Identification Code (UIC): 121554961, entered into the Register of personal data administrators under No. 0003721, according to Certificate No. 0003721 / 11.10.2004 issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission;

    

   2. the purposes of processing the personal data provided by me, namely: for the purpose of making preliminary verifications of may solvency and a preliminary assessment of the risk for "TBI Credit" EAD association with the eventual conclusion of a Consumer Credit Agreement with me, for internal reporting and prognosis purposes and needs of "TBI Credit" EAD, for the purpose of establishing and developing a risk management system at "TBI Credit" EAD, including for the purpose of self-learning of the specialized risk assessment software, property to "TBI Credit" EAD, (also applicable in case of no Consumer Credit Agreement concluded between us), as well as for direct marketing by virtue of the Personal Data Protection Act, including to have letters sent to me having advertising and promotional contents, advertising SMS and e-mails, including such connected with the offering of other financial or combined products provided by or with the participation of "TBI Credit" EAD (also applicable in case of no Consumer Credit Agreement concluded between us);

    

   3. the recipients or the categories of recipients, to whom the personal data provided by me can be disclosed, namely: my personal data shall not be provided to any third natural persons or legal entities, except for the cases when this is required by virtue of the law, my personal data shall be processed only by authorized employees of "TBI Credit" EAD and by natural persons and/or legal entities having the status of "data processors" by virtue of and under the provisions of Art. 24 the Personal Data Protection Act. My personal data may be provided to banks in the cases when this is required by virtue of an agreement for special pledge of takings concluded between the respective bank and "TBI Credit" EAD;

    

   4. the data about the mandatory or voluntary nature of provision of the data and the consequences of refusal to submit such data, namely: my personal data are provided voluntarily in view of the occurrence and development of contractual relations between "TBI Credit" EAD and me, as my eventual refusal to provide my personal data would mean a refusal on my part to enter into contractual relations with "TBI Credit" EAD;

    

   5. information about the right to access and the right to correction of the collected data, namely as regards to my rights under Chapter Five of the Personal Data Protection Act, including: as regards to my right to access to the personal data connected with me, as regards to my right to request at any time from "TBI Credit" EAD confirmation of whether the data connected with me are being processing, information about the purposes of such processing, about the categories of data, and about the recipients or the categories of recipients, to whom such data are being disclosed; to receive a message sent to me in a comprehensible form, containing my personal data being processing, as well as any available information about their source; information about the logic of any automated personal data processing connected with me, to request from "TBI Credit" EAD to erase, correct or block my personal data, the processing of which shall not conform to the requirements of the Personal Data Protection Act, as well as to notify the third persons, to whom my personal data have been disclosed, in connection with any erasing, correction or blocking, except for the cases when this is impossible or when this is connected with excessive efforts, to raise an objection to "TBI Credit" EAD against the processing of my personal data upon the presence of any legal grounds for this; to raise an objection against the processing of my personal data for the purposes of the direct marketing; to be notified before my personal data are disclosed for the first time to third persons or used on their behalf for the purposes of the direct marketing, as I will have the opportunity to make an objection against such disclosure or use, as my right to access and my other rights shall be exercised via written application to "TBI Credit" EAD, signed by me or by a person explicitly authorized by me via a notarialy certified Power of Attorney;

    

   6. the term for storing my personal data, namely: "TBI Credit" EAD shall store, process and use the personal data provided by me for a term of up to 5 (five) years as of signing the present Request-Declaration.

 

2. I hereby give my explicit consent by virtue of Art. 4, paragraph 1, item 2 of the Personal Data Protection Act for "TBI Credit" EAD, in its capacity as a personal data administrator, to keep, process and use all personal data provided by me (including such data to be eventually provided to it by me in the future) for the above mentioned purposes and terms (also applicable in case of no Consumer Credit Agreement concluded between us), as I authorize it to verify their authenticity and actuality through visits in place at my home and/or work, via telephone verifications, consultations with banks, non-bank financial institutions, specialized organizations, credit bureaus and registers, etc., employers and other sources, as well as to request from such sources additional information about me, in the cases when it deems that necessary in connection with the conclusion and/or implementation of the Consumer Credit Agreement. I hereby also give my explicit consent for the present Declaration to be stored in the documentary archive of "TBI Credit" EAD for the needs of any eventual future verifications under observation of the Personal Data Protection Act, regardless of whether or not we concluded a Consumer Credit Agreement.

 

3. I hereby give my explicit consent for "TBI Credit" EAD to keep the copy of my Personal ID Card made by me for the needs of my full identification, in view of the form of distant application for consumer credit chosen by me – by fax or via e-mail.

 

4. I hereby give my explicit consent for "TBI Credit" EAD to request from the National Social Security Institute and to receive the data available in the information system about: 1. my income and the social security payments made, as well as other data being personal data by virtue of the Personal Data Act, as I hereby empower "TBI Credit" EAD to act as my proxy by virtue of the Personal Data Act; 2. assessed social security income from hired persons, amount of installments made by funds, and other data that might be a production or commercial secret.

 

5. In case I have not objected against the insurances offered to the credit, I hereby declare my consent that upon approval of my credit application to be included into a life insurance program, which shall protect my credit in case of death or permanent full incapacity for work. I hereby give my explicit consent for my personal data to be processed and stored by "TBI Credit" EAD in its capacity as an insurance broker entered into the Insurance Brokers Register at the Financial Supervision Commission according to a Decision of the Financial Supervision Commission No. 262 – ЗБ / 17.03.2009 and Certificate No. 147 – ЗБ / 20.03.2003 of the Financial Supervision Commission, for the purpose of concluding and implementing the insurance agreement by the order and under the conditions stipulated in the Insurance Code, as well as by the respective life insurance company and by its partners for the purposes of administering my insurance cover.

 

6. I am aware of the fact that I must confirm my consent expressed herein in a telephone conversation with an employee of "TBI Credit" EAD.
