Consent for personal data processing and Leasing Conditions

  • He candidate must be a Bulgarian citizen with a permanent address on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria;
  • Minimum age at the moment of applying: 18 years old;
  • Maximum age when the term of the credit expires: 75 years old.

 

Only users whose online order is for a total of 150 (one hundred and fifty) BGN or more (excluding delivery costs), regardless of the number and unit price for online sale of the goods in the order.

 

The minimum monthly instalment for such a credit cannot be smaller than 20 (twenty) BGN.

 

When mobile phones are purchased via the online shop, the maximum length of the credit term is 24 (twenty-four) months. For all other products it is 36 (thirty-six) months.

 

UniCredit Consumer Financing will notify the user with a phone call in case a change in the number of instalments is necessary that is different than the number the used has chosen. 

 

The requirements the user needs to meet in order to be granted a credit shall be determined unilaterally by the financing institution, according to its credit policy. Technopolis Bulgaria EAD does not participate in the crediting of the purchase and is not involved in the following processes (the list is not exhaustive): determining the requirements for applicants, approval or refusal for a credit, determining the amount and the term in the credit contract, taking the lawful measures for forceful execution in case of failure to pay back the credit. Technopolis Bulgaria EAD is not a representative of a commercial bank and does not act as a broker or agent of any commercial bank.

 

You hereby consent for your personal information to be used for credit checks, be they electronic or manual, in relation to the consumer credit you are applying for. You also agree for your information to be used during the provision of such services from third parties, including UniCredit Bulbank AD (hereinafter referred to as UCB) and as a result of a contract between them and UniCredit Consumer Financing EAD (UCF). You agree for your personal information to be included in a database and to be used for or in relation to analysing your debt, for debt collection, prevention of money laundering and fraud, and also for managing your credit. Your consent is given in order to allow UCF EAD to check your creditworthiness and to certify your personal information as per the Personal Data Protection Act by making enquiries in third-party registers: private or State administrators of personal data located in Bulgaria or abroad. This may include The Central Credit Register at the Bulgarian National Bank, Experian Credit Office, the National Revenue Agency, the National Social Security Institute, etc. This refers to the data on the payments you are making for social insurance, on your labour contracts, and your taxable income. This data will be processed in accordance with section 1, item 5 of the Additional Conditions to the Personal Data Protection Act. Your consent is given also in order to allow any of the administrators of personal data above to use your personal data to draw up and provide the above mentioned reports and replies to enquiries. You agree that UCF EAD has the right to transfer your personal and credit data for the purposes of assessing credit risk, including the payment history for all closed credit accounts you have at UniCredit Bulbank AD, all the while following the regulations of art. 2, para. 2, item 2 and item 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act, to the following types of persons or organisations in Bulgaria and abroad: UCB, other credit and financial institutions, or: other providers of database services. You also understand that you have the right to access your personal data kept by third parties who are personal data administrators, and that you have the right to request a change or update of your personal data under the regulations of chapter five of the Personal Data Protection Act.

 

You give the present consent in your free will, knowing that it is regulated by the Personal Data Protection Act, specifically art. 4, para. 1, item 2, and art. 36a and 36b. You are aware that you have the right to refuse or cancel your present request, in which case your request for the service you asked for cannot be accepted.

 

You confirm you are informed that UCF, UCB and any other creditors (either present or future) have the lawful right and interest to access the credit registers in order to protect their interests, the interests of their management and associates/shareholders, as well as in order to assure the legality of their activity.

 

UCF EAD may request additional information, including, but not only, references from banks or other credit or financial institutions, to access you credit history and your present creditworthiness in all and any public or private databases, including, but not only, the databases of credit offices, state institutions and banks in Bulgaria and abroad, as well and the databases of subsidiary companies of the bank group of UniCredit, personal data administrators (hereinafter referred to as administrators). In connection to this, UCF is entitled to give the administrators the personal data which you provide with the present consent.

 

You hereby give your explicit consent for the results from the checks carried out by the administrators for the sake of the contract to be kept in electronic format and on paper in your credit file.

 

You grant UCF the right to check all data you provide using independent sources. You willingly agree for UCF to use the data to carry out checks of your ability to pay back credits. These checks may be done before you receive the services you applied for or at any time during the term of the contract between UCF and you.

 

You are informed of your right to access your personal file, which is kept by UCF. The address for UCF AD at which you may access your personal data is: Sofia, 38-40 Osogovo Street, floor 5 1303 Sofia, Bulgaria. At the same address you can receive information on the addresses of the personal data administrators who have been given access to the personal data you provided.

 

In case you are registered a sole trader or a managing owner of a sole trading limited liability company (EOOD) and in connection to the preparation for the signing of a contract for a credit for goods or a loan for money with UniCredit Consumer Financing EAD, you agree for the following: Before the National Social Security Institute, including through its information system, UCF EAD can request data and receive it, personally or through other organisations, for the following: income and insurance payments made by the company you own, as well as other data which constitutes trade secret, or personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act. You authorise UCF EAD to use the information thus gathered in order to make a credit assessment for you, in order to grant credit to you for goods of a loan of money, all the while following the regulations of data protection acts and for any other type of protected information. UFC may also access information on the taxable income your company provides to the people it employs, on the amounts paid to funds, as well as other data that can constitute industrial or trade secret.
