The SENCOR SFS 1000WH electric food slicer cuts cold cuts, cheese, bread and vegetables into slices of identical thickness, set with a rotary dial. The base plate folds and every food-contact part detaches for washing, so the slicer stores away in a cupboard.
170 mm stainless steel cutting disc
The disc lifts off the body for washing and storage. Its large diameter lets you cut through the full width of bulkier foods such as salami or a loaf of bread.
Thickness dial from 1 to 15 mm
Thin settings suit carpaccio and cured meats, thicker ones bread, potatoes and roast joints. The setting holds until you change it, so every slice comes out the same.
Toothed food pusher and thumb guard
The 155 x 82 mm pusher has teeth that hold the food in place instead of letting it slip. A built-in thumb guard and a child safety lock keep hands away from the running disc.
Folding base plate and cord storage
The sliding food tray, the pusher and the disc all come off for rinsing under the tap. The cord winds into a compartment in the base, and non-slip feet keep the unit steady on the worktop.
Impulse mode for short cuts
The motor runs only while the button is held, which suits a couple of cheese slices or a single sandwich. The 100 W rating is standard for household slicers and handles everyday kitchen foods.
