The HUAWEI Band 11 Black (55020GVQ) fitness tracker pairs a 1.62" AMOLED screen at 286x482 pixels with a durable polymer case weighing 16 g without the strap. The fluoroelastomer strap fits wrists from 13 to 21 cm, and 5 ATM water resistance covers pool swimming. It works with Android 9.0 and later and iOS 13.0 and later.

At 347 pixels per inch, message text stays legible on the run and in daylight. You navigate with full-screen swipes plus a side button, and the cover glass is Gorilla Glass.
300 mAh battery for two weeks off the charger
With continuous heart rate tracking and notifications on, the band runs up to 14 days; with TruSleep, continuous SpO2 and emotion tracking enabled, expect around 8 days. Charging is via a magnetic port with a 5V/1A adapter.
Around 100 workout modes and sleep tracking
From yoga and strength training to rope skipping, with steps, distance and calories logged along the way. The optical heart rate sensor runs around the clock, and SpO2 readings round out the overnight sleep analysis.
5 ATM and IP68 for swimming and daily wear
Certified to ISO 22810:2010, the tracker handles shallow water such as pools and the shoreline. It is not intended for diving, hot showers or saunas, and after salt water it should be rinsed with fresh water and wiped dry.
Bluetooth 6.0 for phone notifications
The 2.4 GHz link with BLE support pushes calls, messages and reminders to the screen. A silent vibrating alarm wakes you without a sound.
