Three layers to explore: the sky, the surface and the depths
Floating islands have appeared above Hyrule, each guarding its own secrets. On the surface, familiar places have changed, with new settlements, caves and fissures in the ground. Those fissures lead to the depths, a vast unexplored realm far beneath the surface.
Ultrahand: build bridges and vehicles your own way
With Ultrahand, Link can lift and move almost any object and attach several together. Combine them with Zonai devices (wings, fans, wheels, rockets) to create vehicles and contraptions of your own design. A single challenge can be solved in many different ways.
Fuse, Ascend and Recall: new abilities for combat and travel
Fuse attaches almost any object to Link's weapon, shield or arrow, giving it greater durability, more damage or a brand-new effect. Ascend lets you swim up through ceilings and rock for handy shortcuts. Recall sends moving objects back in time: ride a falling rock back up to the sky, or send a projectile straight back at the shooter.
