EPSON EcoTank L3231 Multifunction Device: Print, Scan and Copy 3-in-1

The EPSON EcoTank L3231 is a compact 3-in-1 inkjet device for printing, scanning and copying up to A4 format. Ink is refilled from bottles into four tanks, and copying can be done directly from the control panel without a connected computer. It connects to a PC via USB 2.0.
Ink tanks instead of cartridges
Refilling is done using EPSON 103 EcoTank bottles in four colors, each with a keyed nozzle that only fits its matching color to prevent mix-ups. Ink levels are visible on the front of the unit, so you can plan a refill before printing ever stops.
Included ink good for up to 8100 black pages
Color yield reaches 6500 pages, measured according to ISO/IEC 24712. A single set of replacement bottles is equivalent to 66 standard cartridges, according to the manufacturer's data.
5760 x 1440 dpi resolution with borderless printing
10 x 15 cm photos print borderless in around 69 seconds. The rear paper feed handles stock from 64 to 300 g/m², including photo paper and DL, C6 and No. 10 envelopes.
Micro Piezo printhead with no heating required
This technology fires ink droplets without heating them, keeping power consumption during copying as low as 14 W. The printhead is built into the device and isn't a replaceable consumable.
Compact 375 x 347 x 179 mm footprint for home desks
Weighing just 3.9 kg, it offers a 100-sheet input capacity and a 30-sheet output tray. The flatbed CIS scanner delivers optical resolution up to 600 x 1200 dpi.
