The CLAGE DLX 24 Next instantaneous water heater heats water exactly when you draw it, supplying a bathroom and a kitchen without any storage tank. A single sensor button and three coloured LEDs handle operation, while TTC electronics hold the selected temperature even when water pressure fluctuates. The unit requires a permanent 400 V three-phase connection and installation by a qualified electrician.
One button for 35, 45 and 55 °C
Each touch of the sensor pad steps to the next setting and a lit LED shows which one is active. 35 °C suits hand washing, 45 °C is the usual shower temperature, and 55 °C covers filling a bath tub or washing dishes.
TTC electronics for a stable temperature
TWIN TEMPERATURE Control monitors the water and adjusts power when pressure fluctuates, for instance when another tap is opened. The temperature stays on target up to the capacity limit, with no sudden cold or hot surges in the shower.
IES bare-wire heating system
The bare-wire element sits in direct contact with the water, which means less scale build-up and easier servicing in hard-water areas. A redesigned heating channel layout makes the system highly resistant to air in the pipework.
Switches on from 1.5 l/min
The low activation threshold delivers hot water even at a barely opened tap or through a flow-reducing aerator. Output reaches 12.3 l/min at a 28 K temperature rise, enough for a shower plus a basin.
Compact housing, flexible installation
Free mounting space and alternative cable entry options simplify replacing an older unit. Water connections are G ½" and the housing carries an IP 25 protection rating.
Electronic safety with air bubble detection
The safety system shuts heating down when air enters the pipes and on temperature or pressure faults. Maximum inlet temperature is 30 °C, and the unit is also approved for non-pressurised operation.
