The THUNDER TCA-4107 car amplifier drives four speakers at 100 W RMS each into 4 Ohm and stays stable down to a 2 Ohm load. The rear channel pair can be bridged to a subwoofer, while the 10 Hz to 30 kHz frequency response covers the full audible range.
Four channels, or bridge them to a subwoofer
The channels work in pairs and can be bridged at 4 Ohm when a subwoofer needs more headroom. One amplifier therefore covers both a classic front-and-rear speaker layout and a setup with an added sub.
Clean signal with over 90 dB signal-to-noise ratio
Total harmonic distortion stays at 0.15%, and the 200 mV to 8 V input sensitivity range accepts both factory head units and aftermarket media players with a hot output.
Adjustable bass boost up to 12 dB
The control is set directly on the chassis to suit the acoustics of the particular cabin. Three 30 A fuses protect the supply circuit in the vehicle installation.
400 x 220 x 48 mm chassis for under-seat or boot mounting
At just 48 mm tall the unit fits where clearance under a seat is tight. It weighs 5.35 kg, so it should be fixed to a solid mounting surface.
