The ROBOROCK Saros 20 is a flagship robot vacuum and mop with a RockDock station that empties the bin, washes the pads and dries them for you. Suction reaches 36,000 Pa, while the 79.8 mm body slides under low sofas and beds. Everything is managed in the Roborock app: maps, zones, schedules and cleaning modes.
AdaptiLift Chassis 3.0 for 4.5 + 4.3 cm thresholds
A main wheel, an auxiliary wheel and a climbing arm work together: the robot tests, analyses and memorises the best route over an obstacle. If it does get trapped, it raises the chassis or adjusts individual sides until it frees itself. The same lift keeps suction sealed on carpets with pile up to 3 cm.
StarSight Autonomous System 2.0 recognises 300+ object types
Navigation combines 3D sensing with VertiBeam lateral detection, which watches obstacles to the side as the robot tracks along walls and furniture. Sampling frequency is 21 times higher than a conventional LDS setup. Cables, socks and pets are identified and avoided without interrupting the run.
Dual spinning mops with up to 13 N of pressure
The pads spin at 200 RPM with 8 N of standard downforce. When a stubborn stain is detected, the robot lifts its omni-wheels to push the pads down with 13 N for harder scrubbing. FlexiArm technology extends the side brush and side mop outwards to reach corners and the line along the wall.
Dual anti-tangle system for hair
The DuoDivide main brush and the FlexiArm Arc side brush channel long hair into the airflow instead of winding it around the shaft. The omni-wheel carries its own small brush that cleans it while driving. Maintenance becomes a quick check rather than cutting hair off with scissors.
RockDock station washes the mops with water up to 100 °C
Bi-directional hot-water washing lifts grease and food residue out of the pads, then 55 °C warm air dries both pads and tray. The dock also empties the bin into a bag, doses detergent and refills the robot's tank with warm water. One bag lasts up to 65 days and a full charge takes 2.5 hours.
Roborock app with SmartPlan 3.0
SmartPlan 3.0 recognises room types, learns household habits and picks the strategy: more suction where it counts, lower power during Do-Not-Disturb hours. DirTect reads the type of mess through the RGB camera and switches to mop-only for spilled liquids. Cleaning behind marked curtains and in 2 cm toe-kick areas is enabled manually in the app.
