The BROTHER MFC-L2802DW is a monochrome laser 4-in-1 multifunction device built for small offices. Its 50-sheet automatic document feeder and built-in duplex printing handle multi-page documents without manual flipping, while connectivity comes via Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz), Fast Ethernet, or USB 2.0.
32 ppm and first page out in 8.5 seconds
The laser engine starts printing in as little as 8.5 seconds after the job is sent, while A4 copying delivers the first copy in as little as 10 seconds. A resolution of 1200 x 1200 dpi keeps small text and lines in tables and drawings crisp and legible.
Automatic duplex printing and a 50-sheet ADF
Duplex jobs run at up to 16 pages per minute, while the document feeder takes a full stack of 50 sheets for one-pass copying, scanning, or faxing. The 250-sheet input tray and 120-sheet output tray keep long runs going without constant refilling.
Color scanning at up to 22.5 images/min
The CIS-type scanner saves to PDF (including secure PDF and PDF/A), JPEG, and TIFF, and with Brother's software can scan straight into Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. It captures up to 1200 x 1200 dpi from the flatbed and 600 x 600 dpi from the ADF.
Mobile printing via Brother Mobile Connect, AirPrint, and Mopria
Send jobs straight from your phone or tablet without a computer, and use Wi-Fi Direct even without a router nearby. Dual-band Wi-Fi with 5 GHz support helps you avoid congestion on busy 2.4 GHz networks in apartment buildings and offices.
Separate toner and drum for a lower cost per page
Replace only the part that's actually used up: toner cartridge TN2590 for 1,200 pages or TN2590XL for 3,000 pages, and drum unit DR2590 rated for around 15,000 pages. Toner Save mode cuts consumption without slowing down output, and a 700-page starter toner is included in the box.
