The TOSHIBA RAS-B13P2KVSGB-E / RAS-13P2AVSG inverter air conditioner from the SHORAI Curve range is a 13,000 BTU/h wall-mounted split system sized for a large living room or bedroom. The indoor unit comes in matte black with a built-in Wi-Fi adapter and control through the Toshiba Home AC Control app. It runs on R32 refrigerant and keeps heating in outdoor temperatures down to -20 °C.

A+++ energy class in both cooling and heating

Seasonal efficiency reaches SEER 8.60 in cooling and SCOP 5.10 in the average climate zone, rising to SCOP 6.50 in the warmer zone. Standardised annual cooling consumption is 142 kWh.

Heating in outdoor temperatures to -20 °C

Intelligent Defrost starts a defrost cycle only when needed, keeping the heating cycle running longer. In heavy frost or high humidity, On-Demand Defrost lets you trigger a cycle manually and Strong Defrost runs a more intensive one, both from the remote or the app.

Plasma ioniser and Ultra Pure PM2.5 filter

Ions bind to airborne pollutants and cut odours and fine particles, while the filter traps dust. The Coated Coil finish on the heat exchanger resists dust and moisture build-up, and Self Cleaning keeps the fan running for 20–30 minutes after shutdown to dry the exchanger.

Quiet mode at 19 dB(A) from the indoor unit

The outdoor unit has a separate Silent mode that drops noise to 37 dB(A) — useful under a bedroom window or close to a neighbour. The declared indoor sound power level is 56 dB.

HADA Care Flow for indirect airflow

Air is not blown straight at people and the temperature evens out up to 7 metres from the unit. 3D Airflow sweeps the louvres horizontally and vertically for even distribution, while Fireplace mode uses the fan alone to redistribute heat from a stove or other source.
