The TOSHIBA RAS-B18B2KV2G-E/RAS-18B2AV inverter air conditioner from the ESSENTO range delivers 5.0 kW of cooling and 5.4 kW of heating — sized for larger living rooms and open-plan spaces. It runs on R32 refrigerant and keeps heating at outdoor temperatures as low as -15 °C, so it covers the whole winter. The set includes indoor and outdoor unit, with standard installation included.

Heating down to -15 °C outdoors — year-round comfort

TOSHIBA ESSENTO keeps heating at outdoor temperatures down to -15 °C, so it can carry the main heating load of the room in winter. A seasonal SCOP of 4.0 shows how much heat you get per unit of electricity. On Demand Defrost lets you trigger a manual defrost of the outdoor unit when conditions get harsh.

Quiet operation from 19 dB(A) in Quiet mode

In Quiet mode the indoor unit of TOSHIBA ESSENTO runs at sound levels as low as 19 dB(A) — about the rustle of leaves, ideal for a bedroom or nursery. The outdoor unit adds a Silent CDU mode that cuts its noise by up to 6 dB(A), keeping evenings peaceful for the neighbours.

Magic Coil self-cleaning coating keeps the coil clean

The indoor heat exchanger carries the innovative Magic Coil coating, so dust and grime do not stick and are washed away by condensate. This keeps TOSHIBA ESSENTO efficient and reduces stale odours at start-up. A Self-Cleaning mode dries the interior to limit mould build-up.

HI POWER mode reaches your target temperature fast

One button puts TOSHIBA ESSENTO on full output for accelerated cooling or heating — handy when you come home to an overheated or cold room. Electronic protection up to 10,000 V shields the control board from sudden voltage surges. Auto-restart brings back your previous settings after a power cut.
