ELDOM WVY05039F Style Water Heater, 50 L, 1.5 kW, Enamelled Tank

The ELDOM WVY05039F Style is a 50 L class electric tank water heater for vertical wall mounting, with an enamelled tank and mechanical control. Real capacity is 45 L, heated by a 1.5 kW immersion element. An external capillary thermostat and a front temperature indicator keep everyday use simple.
Six-level protection system
A patented round flange handles excess pressure, while a capillary thermal cut-out disconnects power if the temperature runs too high. The combined metal valve works as both a non-return and a safety valve, and the unit carries IP24 moisture protection.
SHIELD enamel and magnesium anode against corrosion
The tank is lined with a zirconium enamel developed for wear resistance. Inside, an anti-corrosion cathodic system with a magnesium anode takes on the aggressive effect of hard water instead of the steel.
HFO Closed Cells insulation over 33 mm thick
The new-generation polyurethane foam has a fine closed-cell structure that keeps the water hot between draw-offs. Annual electricity use is 1392 kWh at load profile M, energy class C.
ECO setting at 60 °C plus frost protection
The most economical operation is at the 60 °C thermostat position. In unheated rooms the regulator automatically keeps the water above 5 °C, and the maximum setting raises the temperature enough to kill bacteria in the tank. A moisture-sealed switch with an indicator light shows when the heater is on.
