The TESY GCU 0515 M02 RC belongs to the Compact series: a 5 L storage water heater mounted under the sink, right next to the tap. It heats water from 15 to 60 °C in 10 minutes and delivers 8 litres of mixed water at 40 °C.
Under-sink mounting keeps hot water close to the tap
The connections are on top and the body takes up a 23.4 cm diameter, 32.8 cm tall spot inside the cabinet under the basin. With the tap only centimetres away, hot water arrives as soon as you open it.
10-minute heat-up with a 1500 W copper element
The copper element runs on a single-phase supply and raises the temperature by 45 K in ten minutes. Outlet temperature reaches 65 °C, enough for washing up and hand-washing between uses.
Glass-ceramic tank with anode protection
The inner coating and the magnesium anode slow down corrosion in hard-water areas. Polyurethane insulation holds the heat between draw-offs, and moisture protection is rated IP X4.
Mechanical thermostat with stepless adjustment
Temperature is set with a front rotary knob, and an indicator light shows when the element is on. The setting stays put and needs no reprogramming after a power cut.
