The KENWOOD HMP40.000GY QuickMix Go hand mixer whisks egg whites and cream and kneads dough with a 350 W motor and a 5-speed slider. Stainless steel beaters and kneaders are included, and the clip-on storage lid keeps the mixer and its tools together in one compact package.
Clip-on lid keeps every tool together
Beaters, kneaders, cord and measuring spoon clip onto the body under the carry case, so nothing gets lost in a drawer. The moulded carry handle makes it easy to move the mixer to the table or take it along to another kitchen.
5-speed slider with a slow start
Speed builds in clearly defined increments from the lowest setting to the top of the slider. The gentle first step keeps flour and batter in the bowl, while the upper settings handle stiff doughs.
Forward-facing release button
The tools eject at the press of a button set on the front of the body, out of reach of the palm during mixing. The stainless steel beaters and kneaders go straight into the dishwasher.
Body with 30% recycled plastic
The plastic housing is made with 30% recycled material. At 1.03 kg the mixer sits comfortably in one hand while whipping cream or a few egg whites.
