The ELDOM WHF08046FL is a horizontal 80 L storage water heater with 77 L usable capacity, an enamelled tank and a mechanical thermostat. The electrical and plumbing connections are on the left side. It runs on single-phase power and is operated by a combined control knob on the front.
3 kW heating element for fast recovery
The copper immersion element is rated at 3 kW, the upper end of what domestic electric water heaters typically offer. Reheating is quick enough for several showers in a row.
Six-stage protection system
The system combines a round flange that handles overpressure, an external capillary thermostat for setting the temperature and a capillary cut-out against overheating. The mechanical control needs no electronics or setup.
Enamelled tank with two magnesium anodes
The interior is coated with SHIELD zirconium enamel, resistant to wear in hard water. Two magnesium anodes take on corrosion throughout the tank volume and are replaced during routine servicing.
ECO setting at 60 °C for lower running costs
With the thermostat at 60 °C the unit runs at its most economical point and limescale builds up more slowly. The Twin LED indicator glows red while heating and white once the set temperature is reached.
