The CLAGE DBX 24 NEXT tankless water heater is an electronically controlled 400 V three-phase unit that heats water the moment it flows and can serve several draw-off points. Outlet temperature is preset to 50 °C at the factory and can be adjusted inside the unit between 30 °C and 60 °C. The compact 46.6 cm housing mounts on the wall above or below the basin.
Electronic control with no user controls
Output adjusts automatically to flow rate and inlet temperature, keeping the outlet temperature steady even when pressure changes. As the entry model of the electronic range, it comes without any controls on the housing, which is exactly why it costs less than its siblings.
Hot water from a 1.5 l/min start-up flow
The heater kicks in even with a gentle stream thanks to its new flow technology, which matters at basins fitted with water-saving aerators. At a 28 K temperature rise it delivers 12.3 l/min of mixed water, enough for a bath tub or for a shower and a basin at the same time.
IES bare-wire heating system for less scale
The bare heating wire transfers heat directly to the water, builds up less limescale and is easy to service. The new heating-channel layout also copes with air pockets in the water line.
Safety system with air-bubble detection and thermal cut-off
The electronic system watches for air in the water and shuts the heating down on excess temperature or pressure. Protection rating is IP 25 and the maximum inlet water temperature is 30 °C.
Flexible G ½" plumbing and mounting
Generous internal mounting space and variable connection options let you replace an older unit without moving the pipework. Power is a permanent connection to a 400 V three-phase supply with 6.0 mm² cable and 35 A rating.
