The ELDOM SV08044-B storage water heater is a vertical wall-mounted 80 L model with 77 L of usable capacity, an enamelled tank and mechanical control. Its 3 kW element is the highest rating commonly offered on domestic wall-hung water heaters, so hot water recovers quickly after a shower. The housing comes in matte black.
Six-stage protection system
A patented elliptical flange handles excess pressure, while the combined metal valve acts as both a non-return and a safety valve. A capillary thermal cut-out stops heating if the temperature runs high, and IP24 rating guards against bathroom moisture and splashes.
Zirconium SHIELD enamel with two magnesium anodes
The tank lining uses a zirconium-rich formula built to resist wear under constant heating. Two magnesium anodes maintain cathodic protection across the whole water volume and slow corrosion at the welds and flange.
HFO Closed-Cells insulation over 33 mm thick
This new-generation polyurethane system has a fine closed-cell structure that limits standby heat loss. Annual energy consumption is 1412 kWh and the unit is rated energy class C.
External thermostat with ECO mode and temperature indicator
The 60 °C thermostat position is the most economical setting for everyday use, while the maximum setting heats the water to an antibacterial temperature. A temperature indicator shows how far heating has progressed, and the moisture-protected illuminated switch is easy to operate with wet hands.
Frost protection for holiday homes
The thermostat automatically keeps the water above 5 °C when the unit is left on in an unheated room. Vertical wall mounting and a 435 mm diameter allow installation above the fixtures in a bathroom or utility space.
