The CANDY CY-24RAIN-A/CY-24RAOUT-A inverter air conditioner is a 24000 BTU/h split system built for large living rooms, offices and open-plan spaces. Cooling operates between -20 °C and 43 °C, while heating stays effective at outdoor temperatures down to -20 °C. Built-in Wi-Fi puts control on your smartphone, and standard installation is included with the Technopolis package.
24000 BTU/h for large rooms
Rated cooling output is 6.000 kW and heating 6.300 kW. Airflow reaches 1100 m³/h, so temperature stays even across a long open-plan living area.
A++ energy class in cooling
A SEER of 6.7 and a SCOP of 4 for the average climate zone place this model in class A++ for cooling and A+ for heating. The inverter compressor modulates its speed instead of cycling on and off, so power draw drops once the set temperature is reached.
Wi-Fi control from your smartphone
Mode and temperature are set from the app, including on your way home. Auto-restart brings back the last settings after a power cut.
Antibacterial filter and indoor unit self-cleaning
The self-clean and sterilise function dries the evaporator after operation and limits trapped moisture and odours. Indoor noise starts at 29 dB on the lowest fan speed, quiet enough for night-time use in a bedroom.
Standard installation included
The Technopolis package covers standard installation for units from 9000 to 24000 BTU/h. The indoor unit measures 975 mm wide and 222 mm deep, fitting above a standard door or window.
